It is free to enjoy your garden, how lovely to sit on the lawn surrounded by the lovely flower borders. But watch out if the sun shines for a day or two the hose pipe ban comes into force and your gorgeous flowers disappear, your fresh green lawn shrivels up from lack of water, it is still free of policy but not so enjoyable.
